PICK UP ORDERS MUST READ

ID REQUIRED TO PICK UP ORDERS! YOU(THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED) MUST PICK UP YOUR ORDER! PLEASE DO NOT LET ANYONE ALLOW YOU TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THEM(EVEN IF ITS WITH THEIR CARD) BECAUSE IF THEY DISPUTE IT YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!!! FRAUD IS AT A ALL TIME HIGH AND WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO PUT YOU BEHIND BARS! Please call 251-725-0170 before placing your pickup order to be sure it is in stock because there are NO refunds. If your item isn’t in stock & you’d still like to pick up it will take 2-3 business days before pick up is ready. You do have an option to have your item overnighted for next day pick up( if order is placed before 2PM) but it is not promised. MOST ITEMS ARE STOCKED IN STORE. 

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS and take approximately 2-7 business days for items to be processed, shipped, and delivered(unless ordering inches longer than 30”. 32”-40” could take up to 15 business days.). Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. 

 Please keep in mind, ​you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
Once you receive your tracking number, your order should be delivered within 2-3 business days.

LASTINGIMPRESSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with USPS. LASTINGIMPRESSIONS does not hold responsibility for packages that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
