Pick Up, Shipping, & Returns
PICK UP ORDERS MUST READ
ID is required to pick up your order. Your address must match the billing address on the order. Only the person who purchased the order (you) can pick it up. Do not place orders for others – if there’s a dispute, you will be held accountable. Fraud is a serious matter, and we will take legal action if necessary.
Please call 251-725-0170 before placing your pickup order to confirm stock availability. There are no refunds. If your item is out of stock, it will take 2-3 business days (or 2-7 business days for the raw collection) before it’s ready for pickup. Overnight shipping is available for next-day pickup if the order is placed before 2 PM, but it’s not guaranteed. Most items are in stock, but we do not carry lengths longer than 30” on hand.
Shipping
All items ship via USPS and typically take 2-7 business days to process, ship, and deliver. Orders for lengths 32”-40” may take up to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note, no updates will be provided until the order is processed.
Lasting Impressions is not responsible for lost or undelivered items. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your order, please contact USPS or your local post office.
